Ingredients :

                    Foxtail(thennai)millet- 1 cup 

                    Banana - 1 nos 

                   Jaggery-100g

                   Salt 

                   Coconut (grated)- required 

                   Elaichi powder-1/2 tsp

                   Oil- required amount


 

Instructions :

                    Soak foxtail (thennai) millet 2 hrs and grind it.

                    Add Jaggery,Coconut,elaichi powder,salt and smashed banana with it and mix it well

                    Keep it for 30 min

                   Batter is ready for appam.
