Sprouts Salad

 Ingredients 

  1. Sprouted-Green gram,
  2. Onion
  3. Tomato
  4. Carrot
  5. Capsicum
  6. Pomegranate
  7. Lemon drops 
  8. A pinch of pepper and salt


Instructions

  • Sprouted whole greengram - 1/2cup and pomegranate -3tbsp 
  • Finely chopped onion, tomato, carrot and capsicum -1/2cup(chilli is optional) 
  • Combine all the ingredients in a Bowl, add 1tsp of lemon drop 
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper mix it well
