Spinach Idli

Ingredients :

  1. Spinach leaves - 20 leaves

  2. Fresh Idli batter

  3. Salt n pepper as required

  4. Grated carrot - 1 cup

Instructions: 

  • Blanch spinach leaves in water and grind to paste. 
  • Add the paste along with salt and pepper to the Idli batter. 
  • Add grated carrot to the batter
  • Prepare idli. It's colourful and healthy!
