Ingredients :
Spinach leaves - 20 leaves
Fresh Idli batter
Salt n pepper as required
Grated carrot - 1 cup
Instructions:
- Blanch spinach leaves in water and grind to paste.
- Add the paste along with salt and pepper to the Idli batter.
- Add grated carrot to the batter
- Prepare idli. It's colourful and healthy!
