Ingredients
- Soya chunks 1/2 cup
- Rice 1/2 cup
- Coconut Oil (or) Ghee 1 tbs
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
- Cinnamon small piece
- Cardamon 1
- Bay leaf 1
- Green chilly 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon 1/2
Instructions
- Before Cooking soaked for Rice&Soya 15 mins.
- Take a pan & add oil sauteed one by one Cinnamon, Cardamon, Bay leaf, Onion, Ginger garlic paste, Tomato, green chilly saute well.
- Next add soya & rice mixed then add salt & water 2 cups boiled
- Cook well 15 mins medium flame
- Finally add lemon juice.
