 Ingredients 

  1. Soya chunks 1/2 cup
  2. Rice 1/2 cup 
  3. Coconut Oil (or) Ghee 1 tbs
  4. Onion 1
  5. Tomato 1
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
  7. Cinnamon small piece
  8. Cardamon 1
  9. Bay leaf 1
  10. Green chilly 2
  11. Salt 1 tsp
  12. Lemon 1/2


Instructions

  • Before Cooking soaked for Rice&Soya 15 mins.
  • Take a pan & add oil sauteed one by one Cinnamon, Cardamon, Bay leaf, Onion, Ginger garlic paste, Tomato, green chilly saute well. 
  • Next add soya & rice mixed then add salt & water 2 cups boiled 
  • Cook well 15 mins medium flame 
  • Finally add lemon juice.
