Ingredients :
Raw papaya grated-1 cup
chopped onion -1 cup
grated carrots 1 cup,
green chillies chopped 4
Wheat flour- 1.5 cup
salt
jeera -3 tsp
Instructions :
Peel &grate raw papaya
Add chopped carrots,onion, chillies,jeera,Rice flour,salt,ginger paste &blend well
Add warm water in batches to make smooth paste
Spread &make slightly thin using Banana leaf
Cook in tawa with less oil on both sides.
