Ragi Millet

Ingredients :

                    Ragi millet- 1 cup

                    Sesame seeds- 50g 

                    Almond-20Nos 

                    Fennel seeds- 2tsp


 

Instructions :

                     Fry Ragi millet and sesame seed well 

                     Allow it to cool down

                    Almond and fennel seeds 

                    Blend & grind it well.

                    Now you can add this powder to hot milk or water (brown sugar if wanted) and drink it

                    (Helpful for calcium deficiency ).
