Ragi Dosa

Ingredients :

  1. Whole Ragi - 3 cups

  2. Rice - 1 cup

  3. Urad Dhal - 1/4 cup

  4. Fenugreek - 1 tbsp

  5. Salt as per taste

  6. Water - as required to grind 

Instructions :

  • Soak Ragi, Rice, Urad dhal and Fenugreek overnight together and grind it into slight coarse batter by adding water. 
  • Add salt and allow the batter to ferment for 12 hours. 
  • Make dosa adding onion,chillies, corriander and curry leaves.
