Vadavalli Center
Ingredients :
Whole Ragi - 3 cups
Rice - 1 cup
Urad Dhal - 1/4 cup
Fenugreek - 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Water - as required to grind
Instructions :
- Soak Ragi, Rice, Urad dhal and Fenugreek overnight together and grind it into slight coarse batter by adding water.
- Add salt and allow the batter to ferment for 12 hours.
- Make dosa adding onion,chillies, corriander and curry leaves.
