Quinoa Kozhukattai

Ingredients :

  1. 200gm Roasted quinoa flour 

  2. 150gm jaggery powdered

  3. 150ml water

  4. 1tbsp ghee

  5. 1/4cup grated coconut

  6. pinch salt.(Time Duration7mins)

Instructions: 

  • Boil 150ml water in a pan
  • Add 150gm jaggery boil it add 1tbsp Ghee, 1/4grated coconut, pinch salt, add roasted quinoa flour and mix it.
  • After it cools down completely shape the dough by applying oil in palms. 
  • Healthy pidi Kozhukattai ready. (low calories snacks)
