Ingredients :
200gm Roasted quinoa flour
150gm jaggery powdered
150ml water
1tbsp ghee
1/4cup grated coconut
pinch salt.(Time Duration7mins)
Instructions:
- Boil 150ml water in a pan
- Add 150gm jaggery boil it add 1tbsp Ghee, 1/4grated coconut, pinch salt, add roasted quinoa flour and mix it.
- After it cools down completely shape the dough by applying oil in palms.
- Healthy pidi Kozhukattai ready. (low calories snacks)
