Ingredients :
- Oats -3 tbsps (Rolled oats or quick oats)
- Dates-2nos (seedless)
- Roasted peanuts or almonds -2tbsps
- Flaxseeds powder-2 tbsps
- Cinnamon powder-1/4 tsp (optional)
- Take a bowl + 3 tbsps of oats, 2 seedless dates, 1/2 cup of Water & soak this for 10mins +2 tbsps of Roasted Almonds/Peanut, 2 tsp flaxseeds1/4 Tsp Of Cinnamon Powder, peeled Banana.
- Mix all these & add them in a blender.
- Now your healthy &Tasty Smoothie is ready!
