Oats Smoothie

Ingredients :
  1. Oats -3 tbsps (Rolled oats or quick oats)
  2. Dates-2nos (seedless)
  3. Roasted peanuts or almonds -2tbsps
  4. Flaxseeds powder-2 tbsps
  5. Cinnamon powder-1/4 tsp (optional)
Instructions :
  • Take a bowl + 3 tbsps of oats, 2 seedless dates, 1/2 cup of Water & soak this for 10mins +2 tbsps of Roasted Almonds/Peanut, 2 tsp flaxseeds1/4 Tsp Of Cinnamon Powder, peeled Banana.
  • Mix all these & add them in a blender.
  • Now your healthy &Tasty Smoothie is ready!
