Oats Idli

Ingredients :

  1. Oats

  2. Carrots

  3. Salt

  4. Curd

  5. Oil

  6. Mustard

  7. Curry leaves

  8. Chana dhal

  9. Urad dhal

  10. Chillies

Instructions: 

  •  Roast the oats in a pan and then crush to make powder
  • Add grated carrots to the oats powder along with salt and curd
  • Heat oil sputter mustard seed, urad dhal, chana dhal, curry leaves and chilli.
  • Add this mixture to idli batter
  • Mix batter to a thick consistency.
  • Make hot idlis and serve!
