Ingredients :
Oats
Carrots
Salt
Curd
Oil
Mustard
Curry leaves
Chana dhal
Urad dhal
Chillies
Instructions:
- Roast the oats in a pan and then crush to make powder
- Add grated carrots to the oats powder along with salt and curd
- Heat oil sputter mustard seed, urad dhal, chana dhal, curry leaves and chilli.
- Add this mixture to idli batter
- Mix batter to a thick consistency.
- Make hot idlis and serve!
