Ingredients
- Kambu flour - 250 g
- Oil-1 table spoon
- salt -required amount
Instructions
- Pre heat Kambu Flour for a medium heat.
- Transfer it to a bowl
- add Oil
- Salt to flour mix it well
- Add hot water to the mix and make it as dough
- Press it in the idiyappam mould and steam it.
