Ingredients 

  1. Kambu flour - 250 g
  2. Oil-1 table spoon
  3. salt -required amount



Instructions  

  • Pre heat Kambu Flour for a medium heat.
  • Transfer it to a bowl
  • add Oil
  • Salt to flour mix it well 
  • Add hot water to the mix and make it as dough
  • Press it in the idiyappam mould and steam it.
