High protein soya chunks recipe

Ingredients :

  1. Soya Chunks-1/2 cup

  2. Olive oil or Rice Bran oil

  3. Capsicum-1/2

  4. Onion-1/2

  5. Tomato1/2

  6. Green chilli as per taste

  7. Garlic-5-6 pc

  8. Ginger-1/4 inch  

  9. Coriander-1/4 tsp

  10. Cumin powder-1/4 tsp

  11. Turmeric powder-1 pinch

  12. Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp 

  13. Pink salt to taste

Instructions: 

  • Add oil chopped onion, tomato,Capsicum, boiled soya fry it.
  • Take a jar add ginger,garlic, chilli,2-3 soya grind it without adding water.
  • Add, turmeric, coriander, cumin powder, pepper.
  • Mix it then add grind paste.
  • Fry for 2mins.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
