Ingredients :
- Soya Chunks-1/2 cup 
- Olive oil or Rice Bran oil 
- Capsicum-1/2 
- Onion-1/2 
- Tomato1/2 
- Green chilli as per taste 
- Garlic-5-6 pc 
- Ginger-1/4 inch 
- Coriander-1/4 tsp 
- Cumin powder-1/4 tsp 
- Turmeric powder-1 pinch 
- Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp 
- Pink salt to taste 
Instructions: 
- Add oil chopped onion, tomato,Capsicum, boiled soya fry it.
- Take a jar add ginger,garlic, chilli,2-3 soya grind it without adding water.
- Add, turmeric, coriander, cumin powder, pepper.
- Mix it then add grind paste.
- Fry for 2mins.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
