Ingredients :
  1. Red banana - 1 
  2. badam - 5 pieces
  3. black dates - 5 pieces 
  4. dry black grapes - 2 spoons
  5. dry fig - 4
  6. Honey (optional 1 spoon for extra sweetness)
  7. toned milk (1 glass)
Instructions :
  • Blend all the ingredients in the mixer together and the quick breakfast smoothie enriched with nutrition is ready to drink. 
  • This recipe is a quick healthy alternative for people who skip breakfast or have no time because of running to work.
