Millet Vegetable Soup

Ingredients 

  1. Green gram dosa batter
  2. chopped onions       
  3. carrot,
  4. capsicums
  5. quarter cup boiled corn     
  6. mushrooms
  7. chilly flakes    
  8. oil


Instructions 

  • Wash and Soak the green Gram overnight. 
  • Strain it and grind it with ginger, chilly and salt. 
  • saute the veggies separately with required salt for taste . 
  • Keep it separately .
  • Take the batter and pour uniformly.
  • Once batter is cooked, add the veggies.
