Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Chicken breast piece
- garlic
- pepper
- coriander leaves
- salt
- lime juice
Instructions
- Grind Handful of coriander leaves, 20 garlic pods , Pepper 2 spoon
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the above paste
- Add some lime juice
- Keep this for 2 hours.
- Now add a spoon of oil and transfer it to a nonstick pan
- Cover it and let it cook.
- After it's cooked serve it with lemon wedges.
