Ingredients :
Buckwheat 1 cup
Urad dhal 2 tablespoon
Onion, curry leaves ginger, chilli powder, asafoetita
Salt
Instructions:
- Grind soaked buckwheat and urad dhal together
- And add chopped onion, ginger, curry leaves, carrot, chilli powder and asafotita
- Salt to taste mix them well for a thick consistency
- And spread in a dosa tawa
- Cook in a medium flame and serve .
