Ingredients :
Amla -4
ginger - small piece
curry leaves few
lemon - half
salt to taste
water 3 cups
Honey as required
Instructions :
- Grind Amla, ginger, curryleaves in a blender by adding half cup water.
- Strain the juice and add remaining water, salt, lemon juice and honey.
- It helps to cool the body and build immunity.
